Elegoo Mars 4 DLP Printer

Mars 4 DLP by Elegoo is a 3D printer that uses DLP printing technology to achieve extraordinary precision and accuracy. The printer has a smaller build volume of 132.8 x 74.7 x 150mm, but is suitable for a wide range of applications in dentistry, education, design, miniature and jewellery making.

Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology for higher print accuracy

DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a printing technology that uses a projector as a light source. As a result, on the one hand, the whole resin tank base is illuminated by a single projection, and on the other hand, all points of the layer projected on the digital canvas are hardened at the same time.

Thanks to DLP technology, the light beam is projected directly onto the highly transmissive display glass. This not only reduces the scatter value of the light but also reaches more than 95% of the light energy at the bottom of the tank! In addition, thanks to the full grey anti-aliasing algorithm, the anti-aliasing effect is significantly improved.

Long service life with high light uniformity

The Mars 4 DLP's DLP projector delivers even light intensity across the entire print area, achieving perfect print results with incredibly high precision. The lifetime of the optical DLP projector is over 20,000 hours.

Tempered glass with 95% light transmission

Unlike other printers, Mars 4 DLP does not use an ordinary LCD screen. Instead, a display made of hardened glass with a light transmission of up to 95% is used.

Sandblasted build plate

Because the Mars 4 DLP's build plate is sandblasted, it guarantees strong adhesion to the bottom of the model and a much higher printing success rate.

Reinforced Z-axis for stable operation

The Z-axis rail has been reinforced in width (20mm) to effectively minimise vibration for more stable operation and greater precision.

Three print modes through Voxeldance Tango Slicing software

The DLP printer is equipped with the smart Voxeldance Tango slicing software. Three different print modes are available to users:
